The information collected is used solely for the purposes of: ·Allowing employees to access their company’s data within the app ·Displaying clock-in/out location to company owners ·Supporting app functionality and data management ·Communicating with users when necessaryNo personal information is sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary app functions.
4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
·All data is securely stored in Firebase, which manages and protects your information. ·Only authorized company owners and app administrators can access your data.
5. Data Deletion
·Company owners can delete employee data at any time, including clock-in/out locations and uploaded files. ·If a company deletes its profile, all associated employee data and company data are permanently deleted.
6. Payments
·Subscriptions are charged only to companies via our website, not through the app stores. ·Employees do not make payments through the app.
7. Age Restrictions
·WorkTrack Pro is intended for adult employees. Employees must be 18 years or older.
8. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorkTrack Pro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
WorkTrack Pro is intended solely for business use by companies and their authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. User Accounts
·Employees create individual profiles within the App. ·Access to company data is controlled through company-issued employee identifiers. ·Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ·Users must provide accurate and truthful information.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
·WorkTrack Pro operates on a subscription basis. ·Subscriptions are billed to companies via our website, not through app stores. ·All payments are non-refundable. ·Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: ·Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services ·Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App ·Use unauthorized access methods or duplicate accounts fraudulently ·Misuse company or employee data ·Use the App for unlawful purposesAny violation may result in immediate account termination.

Company owners and administrators are responsible for: ·Managing employee access and identifiers ·Ensuring data accuracy ·Complying with applicable employment and privacy laws
7. Data and Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in WorkTrack Pro, including software, design, and content, are owned by MCJ Digital Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Assets
WorkTrack Pro may include animations, icons, images, or other visual assets obtained under license from third-party providers, including but not limited to LottieFiles and FlutterFlow resources.All such assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their applicable licensing terms. Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership rights to such materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCJ Digital Solutions shall not be liable for: ·Indirect or consequential damages ·Data loss or business interruption ·Unauthorized access caused by user negligenceUse of the App is at your own risk.

X2DO This app was never published and was only used privately. It allows users to describe projects and tasks using images by uploading pictures to show what needs to be done. The app is simple and focuses only on uploading and viewing images.

Game
Cube War Cube War is a casual arcade game where players progress through levels by navigating around obstacles and collecting coins. The goal is to survive each level while avoiding red cubes, which end the game on contact. As levels advance, the difficulty increases, requiring better timing and control to succeed.

Run Princess is an adventure game where a princess is walking through the forest with her animal friends when a bomb suddenly lands. The player must help the princess run through the forest to escape before the bomb explodes.
